Jill Manning tells us all about the yoga juice in class, but i really do enjoy true juicing. I surely don't do it enough. My new favorite is Carrot Lime.
I have decided to make some changes at the beginning of 2009. I am changing my blog to reflect my life and my lifestyle. I live a life of health, fitness, learning and teaching. What are the amounts you use of each? If I decide to pull my juicer out of the cupboard, I don't want to screw it up!
I used half a lime and 4-5 carrots. But do it to your own tast!
