I have seen many lists. These are cited as the 8 things to eat everyday
Spinach
Yogurt
Tomatoes
Carrots
Blueberries
Black Beans
Walnuts
Oats
Yogurt being the only non-vegan one i guess soy can replace it. I do pretty much eat the rest if not daily every other day. Oatmeal or berries for breakfast. Spinach salad with other veg for lunch. I have been eating more nuts and beans....
